there are endless problems with android design for expeditions but I have always managed to ignore it some how . like not even using my phone during the day to save battery because I need battery saver all the time but day theme black on white background is disabled . which actually drains more battery because the back light has to be increased on back lit screens

in occasion I have even dug up the relevant code in the android frame work repo that host two hundred thousand java files. if the english language is not enough . I usually start with the english language on issue tracker . then the java language in Gerrit . then I give up for a while . try again a few years later instead of pestering them with some thing they can’t understand
