min släkting förlorade sin hörsel i Sverige 1990 på grund av dålig kommunikation med jägarna i närheten
min 2025 Finland expedition hade många farliga situationer där jag inte kunde prata med jägarna i närheten direkt när dom skjuter i närheten . ibland bara ett fåtal hundra meter bort
dom har inte sett mej pga natt mörker eller att jag inte har motor fordon eller är nära vägen . det går inte att veta i allmänhet om det är människor i närheten utan teknisk hjälp . det kan vara människor var som helst i skogen både natt och dag
i det fåtal fall jag kunde kommunicera på dagen var det en omöjlig språk barriär i vägen . enbart finska ingen engelska eller svenska
min slutsats är att tekniken är den enda lösningen nuvarande system fungerar inte . varken appen fi.digia.suomi112 eller larm numret i Finland funkade
det måste finnas ett system för kommunen mellan jägarna och allmänheten . där vi kan se var vi är och kan prata med varandra digitalt . vi kan lära oss att använda ett system som inte kräver förklaring

Finland expedition shooting and dogs and technical support
I am on expedition in west central Finland until mid October and need advice with shooting and dogs
August first shooting begin here. some times close to me or all night long. I need advice how to handle this if I call 112 they can’t see my number or location and they don’t send police to alert hunters that people are nearby camping. they are unsure how to handle it
some times it’s only thousand metres away and my uncle lost his hearing from a situation like mine a hunter did not notice him and fired nearby . dispatch staff are unsure how to handle it and don’t know how to handle this. I need to know what I can tell them if you can draft a letter or instruction that I can refer to
tell them to give my location to the police and try to call the hunters or drive there to the shooting location and and tell hunters to stop shooting because people are nearby
if they are going to be shooting all day they should give their number and location to the police in case people are nearby. police should have phone number to all local hunters and maps of hunting spots
they don’t have to shoot it’s just a traditional custom like making a fire they don’t lose any thing from not using their rifle or not making a fire it’s still the same expedition more or less . they can shooting again next time they are there and hope no one is nearby and complaining or shoot when they get home if they did not get a chance to shoot away from home and they want to shoot at something
or make a fire when they get home if they want to make a fire. safety is the priority not ancient tradition in exact details . it’s still the same hunting trip even if they did not shooting anything . they can’t complain about it because other people were in the forest so they could not shoot . they might see more animals if they don’t shoot
since I don’t have a car I can’t leave right away I put in ear plugs and leave in a few hours unless rain force me to stay . I can’t check if they have done anything if anyone has done anything . if I can avoid speaking with anyone it is best because I can’t explain anything and they never speak English and have forgotten how to
September third they did not send police or ask them to call me or ask for any number to hunters . there was also a glitch that prevents my phone number and location from reaching your computer .
when Alavieska police opened three hours after dusk they said no one had called them about this from central dispatch . meaning they don’t do anything if someone reports shooting nearby despite the risks of accident . they don’t tell the police or try to contact the hunting
I asked the Alavieska police to look for the hunters phone numbers or drive there to tell them to stop shooting . he said he could not understand the location I was talking about luoteneva forest north of Vaarala farm . I explain I had already called them and they could not understand my location either. no one was interested or equipped to do anything
can you ask someone to trouble shoot the location and number problem with me. I also fix computer. my phone show a location request from android system from emergency . but emergency centre don’t see my location or phone . can I call your test number where a technician can receive my call and investigate why number and location malfunction
there was also an incident August 22 where the dogs escaped several thousand metres from nearest farm but we could not figure out where they came from. I would like a follow up on that incident. it was two thousand metres south east of perälahti farm north east of kannus you can ask them about escaped dogs August 22 night
on August 14 some one was shooting for fourteen hours from dawn to mid day every few minutes . west of the sand quarry north east of Kälviä . usually there are single shots several minutes between . around five in total over a few hours . or twenty all day sporadic over the day some times two in short succession and then silence for an hour .. how can there be hundreds all night some times
is anyone working on or is there a smart phone application for emergency or non emergency reports . phone calls to operators are horrendous out of date. I want to register incident in app and be able to track and investigate reports . it’s the only way to find the right response . hunters could use an app that alert them that people are camping or walking nearby
hunters could register their location when shooting and I could see how far away they are. I could register I am nearby . accident happened my world famous explorer uncle lived half his life with out hearing. there should be budget or priority to avoid hunting accident
I want to register my location and incident example shooting nearby. it’s stressful for me to talk with some one all my energy is exhausted if I have to explain something . if people can register location and report you can figure out how to deal with it

in France I put in ear plugs on Friday evening and took em out on Monday morning when it usually ended. I can’t wear ear plugs all the time. since I always stay far away from a house I am likely to meet hunters since they go to the same place to shoot far from a house
hardly any shooting in Belgium etc from France to central Finland . seems like France and central north Finland are worst. and Cyprus I saw and heard many hunting. that they still use a cave man language could be a hint of their behaviour
I called Alavieska police when they open an asked for phone number to hunters. if they can call me or he can call them. he said they probably don’t speak English and are probably old. maybe he can find a phone number I don’t know. I am totally exhausted turned off radio to save battery and put in ear plugs

my guess is the shots are heard several thousand metres . and it might be more than one . I would also guess hobby recreational target shooting or training since no one can shoot one hundred times at night at real targets. you would have to go to Congo to accomplish that. fins have one more imbecile brain cell than negroes or at least a half so it’s one percent less demanding to baby sit
I don’t know why August first is special Google said duck hunting typically starts August 20 in Finland . and after one shot the ducks fly away. so you are not shooting at ducks every minute for two hours or more after sun down . it’s over two hours now and the imbecile ape is still going at it like his life depended on it

I hardly see any wild game even being out all night in June and July . many other places has more visible game animals at the edge of the fields. how do they find animals to shoot at. I sure don’t see them. it’s almost one o’clock at night and they or him is still shooting . every minute after sun down. and now every two minutes
even in France no body was shooting all night. how brain dead are these fins . this must be some kind of records of stupidity
is anyone complaining about loud shooting past mid night in August. in France the insanity did not start until September why so early. I usually go to Australia in October why can’t they waiy until October so we can leave when they turn insane
I can add that my uncle a famous photographer got his hearing shot off by a hunter that did not see him . he has to conceal himself to photograph wild animals that are alert to any kind of noise . this happened in Sweden sadly in 1990 I have done all I can to illegalise shooting in the forest in my native Sweden but without success . I am now more in Australia where dogs and guns are illegal in the forest to protect the sanity of all living creatures. wild animals should kill each other not humans
photography wild life is difficult because they have been selected for indivindividuals that detect noise nearby . they were hunted with all kinds of weapons from spears to anything else and are on the alert since thousands of years and longer. before human predators they had non human predators the loud shooting has existed for about five hundred years when fire arms began to be used. in Africa bows were still common in the 1970s but by 2000 they had started using automatic rifles to shoot everything including critically endangered chimps . that they kill for food. I also work with arms control but no one had thanked me or tried to co-operate with me

I bought local publications about hunting clubs but they don’t explain or describe what they are doing. hunting magazines and hunting stories are nearly useless because it’s not a scientific description. it doesn’t serve a scientific purpose just like ancient writings trying to understand what actually happened is nearly impossible . because the writer was not writing for a scientific audience that was actually tortured enough to have to baby sit these brain dead apes to prevent over hunting and over fishing

they are also working in the forest still at midnight but that doesn’t bother me . loud shooting over and over
is it possible to limit the number of shots or give some guidance. does anyone care about this. it is it like the dog mayhem in Chile where a dog barks ten thousand times all night next door and no one even mention it. the lincancura guest house let me camp there over night.they refused to sell me food stating the kitchen was closed. because I was the only guest early in the season. I paid five dollars for camping in their yard and offered ten dollars for a taste of native cuisine but they were uninterested and ate alone and I had no food at all
anyway the most bizarre experience is that their neighbours dog was in great distress and barked with hardly any interruption all night. and they made no comment about it in the morning. it is so common that dogs bark all night sometimes a house has five dogs that bark a symphony all night
traps and slings were removed from Finland in 1930s but shooting continues . if a practice bothers other non participants there is usually a way to solve that. hunting clubs can arrange non shooting expeditions where they try track or get close to the animals without any shooting or barking
