these ticks are dangerous their toxin is too power full . my skin is damaged . looks strange no sensation
I don’t know if I will return to main land Australia . it’s too warm to be outside . and apparently other creatures love this heat . the dumber they are the closer to the equator they range
like every things else all these things live near the tropics in low latitudes. I never have any problems in high latitudes . I should not even be here Tasmania is enough . absolutely no problems there

I have seen them in Sweden and heard about the bacterial infection they carry in Scandinavia new England Canada and elsewhere called Borrelia or Lyme after Lyme new England
never have my whole face swelled up and numbed off . I can barely speak my lips are so swollen
ten days later I noticed another large tick in my upper lip . that is why the swelling did not go away and my face is still numb . there were two that managed to find the same spot . even possibly the same day possibly
the first fell off after a week before exploding . this one is near full size and should leave soon . hopefully I can feel my upper lip again after two weeks
I have removed four other that crawled on me . one had already bitten me on the neck under my right ear . it created a bump but it had not collected blood yet. it looked dazed and confused by the removal . but the head looked intact but maybe the biting apparatus was damaged on closer inspection
a few minutes later I crushed it with a twig just to be safe . I am not experimenting more on myself with these chemicals . and possibly disease they might carry unwittingly besides their own weaponry of chemical bag of tricks

I noticed them after they attached and should have removed them . but I don’t want to stress them by killing them and leave them be . usually in Europe nothing happens . this was different
if I had removed them immediately I might have avoided horrible rash and illness for one week
still when I first became ill I still let them be . I don’t know if I had recover faster if I had removed them . I just always feel the lesson is patience . nothing will make any difference . just avoid more of them if possible
the next time if will try to wiggle them out . it will leave an open wound but it should heal quickly . hopefully they are not stressed to release more toxins when removed
they tiny head might remain in the wound . but it should not case problem I don’t know . I never interfere usually . I suppose the toxins are produced in the body and removing the body will avoid this kind of illness
stupid mistake perhaps . hopefully no long term effects . I still have one in my arm crest . I don’t know why I don’t remove it. there is no swelling now it has disappeared after a week . no red circle or local rash or swelling . just a head bored into the skin . the skin looks normal around the bite
I have never in my life had problem with ticks and never cared to pull them off . some times they die and stay attached for two weeks . even swimming for an hour left one tick on my leg many years ago in Sweden . just amazed at the grip . and submerged for an hour apparently they can’t die . or maybe it was already dead
I had avoid ticks in Tasmania three months six months earlier . they have a different toxin here than in Europe apparently . and this was the first time I was bitten here in this part of the world
I had no immunity and became quite ill . ugly rash all over body probably minor fever and minor running nose
and as always reduced appetite for food . i ate so little I made it almost two weeks on my food
I did not remove them immediately
that was a mistake this time . massive toxins that made me sick for a week . first numb in lower lip. rash all over body and itching but less severe than measles attack 2011 . massive bumps first on abdomen and upper legs . then red rashes and then it disappears after three days and itching leaves
hopefully I become immune and not allergic
after the rash subsided my hands swelled up like sausages for one day
before the upper lip tick falls off upper lip swell enormous and lose sensation up to the eyes . worried about long term effects of lost sensation or problem . possible allergy
my throat did not swell it was not deadly . breathing was not affected . just frightening looking rash and bumps every where . especially abdomen that I could see
nearly vomited at night at height of attack . I should have avoided eating instead of trying to force down food
all of this is a general response that to me seems use less and dangerous . I don’t understand any use of this general malaise and vomiting . would not have served any purpose
every thing took around one week. horrible experience should have ripped them off directly . they probably produce chemicals continuously when attached
the upper lip tick fell off after ballooning to max size . it could not move when laying on its back . about one centi metres long . like a blue grey pea . plastic balloon . they were originally a few milli metres and yellow
the arm crest tick had a bad bite and stayed longer and smaller

mental failure west Germany 2022 before Cyprus expedition . slept on semi concrete farm road nearly run over three in the morning from the single user of this road
trh local farm hand that drives to work here every morning at three . maybe he goes home mid day on another road or before I was there the day previously . sine I saw no driver a least all after noon and eat of night and morning
when I reflect over this bizarre event . did it actually happen or was it a bizarre dream. the car came and went in a second the driver did not stop . was it all a ight mare all in my bead . no it actually happened but so frightening it’s hard to understand
and how any one can be so stupid as me. he has used that road as a thrill ride joy ride speed way going to work in the barn every morning at three since he was thirteen . never ever had a human being tested on that road at night . and neither should anyone
just trying to understand how j could do his is a life long struggle
died from one single motorist three in the morning going to work
I had walked on this road next to another road and farms or bushes . in the after noon and found no where to sleep . just before dark I went into an empty pasture despite the fence in the way
the irony is a hundred metres ahead was a perfect spot to rest. an open space with no vehicle tracks that would certainly not be visited by motor vehicles night
between my 21 22 canaries expedition and 22 23 Cyprus expedition I walked from north west France through d day territory and to west Germany and finally to before just before the Harts mountain . in east Germany
I have no mention this any where but it’s one thing that comes back . I slept in a fenced pasture in west Germany in 2022 before my Cyprus expedition . I still have recordings from then where I mention this
the field was empty in the evening but the cows came back at night . I should have stayed they would never trample me they kept a distance and did not bother me . they were as quiet as can be at night . exemplary behaviour despite the unusual visitor
I panicked. as usual and made things ten times worse
instead of walking a few hundred metres until there was an empty clearing I stayed on the road . one of these strange German two lane concrete rail like ways . semi dirt concrete road . two lanes of concrete has reinforced the dirt road . obviously for heavy vehicles
but I had not seen a vehicle all day or evening . it’s only used once per day at three a clock when the farm hand goes to work in the barn
I am deep asleep and three in the morning he is speeding as fast as he can probably over hundred on this road that is. not made for more than thirty . and I roll in asleep reflex in the wrong direction . miss the car by a centimetre. he is terrified for speeding and nearly killed an home less bum and doesn’t even stop
shocking . unbelievable stupid all the way . for leaving the cows . and selecting such a horrible place as a road. it doesn’t matter if you have never seen a vehicle there in a hundred year. Neve ever sleep on a road unless it’s a forest trail. I even avoid any trail al att
here in Tasmania two metres Komodo Dragon stroll these paths day and night . and lots of other animals
so that was an unbelievable stupid behaviour . thoughtless . panicked. because it was pitch black I didn’t walk even a hundred metres to find a resting place finally . I walked out of the cow meadow crawled through the fence again
completely dumb I should have stayed there they would not trample a human at night . they are perfectly aware of me and doesn’t bother me. they have no need with humans . any human
and don’t sleep on a vehicle road how could I be so dumb as to almost die from such stupidity . or survive in a wheel chair half brain dead and crushed

side note about walking at night
and this I know from all humans including myself . fear of dark for no sensible reason . but I also walked at night in the beginning of my expedition 17 18 in south west Europe . many many nights I walked all night in beaches trails roada. even a motor way near Lisbon south of Lisbon
although going over the map later I wonder if I made a mistake in thinking I had no other option . but yes even a motor way in the middle of the night when even the that massive road has less cars. if you look at the map plotting a route north along the Portuguese coast south of Lisbon you might see where this might happen
as much as I hate walking at night as all other humans I have an even worse suffering . worry. rest less ness . the enormous stretch between cadiz and Huelva is one memory . I had already endured half of the endless beach then instead of resting when I finally found civilisation again . after a week of endless sand and mosquito and nearly run over again I rember now
another near run over death serious wheel chair assisted suicide accident may 2018 between Cadiz and Huelva
now I remember this also . another disaster . the forest next to the beach is swarming with mosquito and I have no tent all.this expedition . all through 2018 to August 2018 I’m Germany going through Själland to lund university for another failed science career
so I have no tent . no mosquito protection . tent is ninety nine percent for mosquito and ten percent sun and rain
I sleep on this endless beach instead and mid day I am asleep as usual why not . I have no schedule at all I could be asleep or awake any time any where any day . mid day a sand jeep veers to the left in the last second seeing a bag on the beach and hits a log and goes out to inspect the damage . and cast an angry perplexed look at me with out saying anything
just angry over nearly killed a moron that sleep on the endless beach in the middle of the day . not realising there are cars on the moon . there are cars every where possible and impossible
in east Germany before Poland a metal barrier had been flattened to the ground by a massive impact with a vehicle . it was a motor vehicle sanctioned road . motor sanctuary . some one thought differently . why walk when you can drive and drove over and flattened a metal bar one deci metres thick
super man could not have bent that steel. motor vehicles will find a way . not just nature . in the word of that guy from the movie about dinos
so there you go twice I was one centimetres from being run over . essentially why whole life has been a mistake

the most ridiculous mistake was not buying a picture of me holding a magnificent owl because I was looking at the camera
when I saw the picture I was disgusted because it looks like it’s all about me . I was lookya the owl and should be looking at it. it’s all about the owl
but they teicyme to look at them and took a picture . I should have asked for another picture where I look at the owl
so after words I instantly regret this unique opportunity because the owl scene in the story from the 60s from San Francisco has such an immense impact on me . this single piece of work of dick is beyond all other for me

maybe if I stay alive I get the chance again to go to a nature zoo slash water park and take another owl picture . but I will be an old man then . it will never be a young me in my best appearance with an owl on my arm
it was actually sitting on my arm they took pictures during the day and sold them and printed them before closing . they grabbed me to give me the picture . magnificent picture
they could see my disappointment and I explained it. and did not buy it to save five euros
don’t try to save five dollars and regret it
like today when I opened a mackerel can with a rock instead of a seven dollar can opener. that I removed before the über order . and ten sitting for an hour hacking on a can with a rock . smashed fingers and rock fragments for seven dollars . might even get break my teeth or swallow metal oiecest . so we learnt some thing more

tin cans can not be opened any other way . don’t use a rock buy an opener or don’t buy a can
canned whole fish in Chile on reason alone to return . and giant kelp beaches unique on this planet
and transporting it in a plastic bag instead is difficult because the brine has to be removed instead of consumed . that’s part of the appeal the fish brine. and it creates a royal mess of wet brine in the bag and the bags cannot be reused
the canned mackerel here in Australia is actually the same as in Chile . while fish with bones but no head or tail . excellent food the best to eat. but weight in efficient . I would keep several cans other wise . now I buy two
the only fatal flaw they only sell one single brand imported from China incredible price. but no self opener. external can opener required. and they only sell a gigantic kitchen type opener . clip and twist . not the tiny camping version
that’s why it looked like mince the first time because I had to mash it with a stick to dig it out through a hole made with a rock . the whole point is to eat while fish bones and all . not a mash
what I miss they don’t even have here or any where else . in Chile In the farthest out reaches southern Chile they sell half kilo cans with whole fish bones and all . absolutely marvellous . best culinary experience
unbelievable memories of my first visit to pacific ocean. first and so far only sight of giant kelp . the entire scenario of being so utterly removed from the tourist trail and finding unbelievable paradise . and eating well . big cans of whole fish. the mackerel taste good here in Australia . supposedly caught around Japan and dirt cheap
also breaking open the can with a rock you spoil the brine the watery oily soup . with a can opener you can eat moist delicious pieces . not spoil or drink the brine and then hack away at the opening

there is a fantasy forest near Wynyard north west Tasmania but no one is driving there . no über service!

I save so much money on ridiculously low delivery fees and I would pay ten times more if I could get deliveries any where far away
