in Germany and new Zealand there has been a short window between dispatch and arrival when they have accepted that. with Hermes and Australia post. but it was only over one night and I missed the window

Amazon order arrives in one day or one month I need to store mail for one month . Australia post office and most are hard to talk to. they are not thrilled about problem solving . it’s a whole different crowd they are not academic or worried creatures . they dislike effort and problem and avoid them as much as possible

and explorer or global citizen can help me with post office contact . for example any south Sydney post office that advertise email contact . calling Australia from Finland is nearly impossible different time and calling regular numbers across the world is difficult . and it will probably fail any way . email is the only sensible option
