disastrous osm omission . accidental trespassing on unmarked military area in Cyprus January 2023 . Swedish explorer jailed prosecuted expelled - food map needed . level ten food markers
this was posted in the osm community but messages tend to disappear
they don’t have a separate forum category for unmarked military regions . I don’t know how they are added or how many more could be missing
luckily I am alive but it was still the worst disaster in my life. completely avoidable if the map had been correct
it was only marked as a civilian parking space. no access denied or military land use region
I don’t even exactly technically know how a region is created . I tried to make a region from individual nodes but that failed . they told me to draw a way in a complete shape around the outline . the region inside that way can be filled in
I asked them to do it since I don’t know how
I use Vespucci to submit changes and some times the web site to make a loner comment . because Vespucci or the submission API cut off the comment very short Vespucci has no way to display my changes
I would prefer to use a text terminal to read any comments to my submissions
make a new category for military encounter and the appreciate the number one importance of this service for explorers . nothing is more important for a map than avoiding this disaster if misunderstanding and needles conflicts . that can be avoided by not bothering any one
the number one task for an explorer is to not disturb the other animals . it is the prime directive . immensely important that military areas are marked correctly and not omitted
especially shared military areas like this that some how slipped by unnoticed
every military encounter has to be investigated why it happened . just like the Aaron Swartz suicide it has to be investigated . this is one thing to worry about if you don’t worry about anything else
and increase the forum web site contrast to white on black . not Gray on Gray I can’t see the text on my phone

I learned to use Vespucci during my Finland expedition last summer and finally added this omission
if I can get a service pass from UN and encouragement to return I will complete this expedition one day. the geological treasures on Cyprus are beyond any thing I have seen in this planet

this is a semi military parking shared with civilians with permission to park their boat there
the road access from the east is blocked by a military check point visible in the aerial image
I arrived from the west in January 2023 walking and swimming clock wise around the island for four months from December to mars . with great effort avoiding marked military areas
I was jailed prosecuted and expelled only because I walked past that exact spot . no where else anyone paid the slightest attention to me . my four months world record Cyprus expedition was destroyed in one instance one instant. only because of this error
they instantly recognised me as an intruder outsider . they can recognise thousands of individuals and instantly spot an intruder . some one that don’t belong there that has never been there before
I can survive anything except brain dead apes that are poor in pain are militarised and engage in violent fighting over pennies
explorers need an effective diplomatic immunity . a contact that can prevent arrest and jail and manage every thing . it is impossible to put me in police cars and jail . I am always exhausted by worry even alone in nature . in that environment the pain is unbearable
I asked my embassy for instant emergency take over from outside . they refused. a gigantic mistake. I hope that call was recorded to their 24 7 emergency number . so the response can be investigated and lead to a better system
I am the most merited scientist and explorer on the planet my lectures and assistance are voluntary . I absolutely do not participate in conversation or meetings in any situation . I need to be alone all the time . I do not follow the police any where or participate in jail or court any where

hide this road from visibility. don’t delete just mark it as hidden. it used to be a track and bridge and they might restore it. the next owner might restore it
the bridge is gone only remnant logs left . track over grown disused impassable by thick brush .
neighbours might have fallen out over disagreement and never walk to each other anymore and abandoned track connecting adjacent farms.

food map needed. help wanted
I need to host a map for my expedition across Canada . I need food marks . not at level 17 at 10 . zoom level ten food
endless zooming and searching for the most essential . the only thing that matters where is the food . even google maps hardly have food markers . it’s so granted that it’s not even on the map . every thing else is there except food
travelling is apparently about motor vehicles and hot food . hot food stores are at level ten and regular food level eighteen
impossible to find regular food markers . they are too high zoom level on all maps
I don’t care about any damned burgers I’m a scientist not a moron
should I cross to south of great lakes or north . is there any food north of lake superior . I don’t want to enter that insane society of competition . all animals are competitive they are completely brain dead also . they can’t understand one plus one
